I had a very frustrating experience with this infusion facility. I was surprised to learn that I could not simply receive the iron infusion requested by my doctor and was instead told that treatment required scheduling multiple types of infusions. This felt unnecessarily complicated and was not clearly explained. As an infusion center, patients should not encounter arbitrary limitations or barriers when seeking prescribed infusion treatments — this is precisely why people come to a specialized facility.

Knowledgeable staff. Was treated promptly and comfortably. Loved the atmosphere very cozy and quiet. My nurse listened to the complications I've had in the past at another infusion center and ensured that he would take the necessary precautions so I wouldn't have any issues.
