I’ve been a client of this practice for nearly two decades, and my ex’s family were clients for over 20 years before they passed away. Because of that long history, this experience was especially disappointing. I reached out multiple times last week regarding concerns about my dog’s health. While my emails were acknowledged, I received no direct communication from the veterinarian, no follow-up, and no interim guidance — even after additional emails and a phone call to the office. For a long-standing client raising time-sensitive concerns about a pet’s well-being, this lack of communication was disappointing and concerning and fell short of the standard I expected from a practice I’ve trusted for many years.

Top notch people. Dr Israeli is one of a kind. Very thorough, communicative, thoughtful. We have been taking our pup there for 10 years now. He is now nearly 18 yo, and we've navigated many issues along the way successfully, with Dr Israeli's guidance. Highly highly recommended!!
