I have been a client of Dr Guerrero for at least 15 years. There are no words that I can say either then Dr Guerrero is one of the most wonderful, compassionate and professional DR I have ever had the privilege to call my doctor he's wonderful and every way possible his staff is amazing it's always great when I call and they all know my name. I am a patient of Dr. Guerrero for almost 10 years, and I love the staff and the treatment that I have with Dr Guerrero.

This office lacks compassion and when you work in the healthcare industry compassion should be your number one priority and value for your patients. My father was under the care of Guerrero at Baptist Beaches, he was put on an antibiotic then passed away 7 days later after being discharged. My father had other underlying health issues, so I am not blaming Guerrero for his death. However, when my mother went to cancel my fathers follow up appointment in regard to the infection he contracted the woman who took my moms call had no empathy for my mom sharing my father had passed away, didn't ask any questions, just canceled the appointment, said thank you and hung up. UNPROFESSIONAL twice I have had scheduled appointments which I arrived 10- 5minutes early for and both times I have been left sitting in the waiting room for more than 45 minutes to an hour for my appointment. I have job and waiting an extra hour during my lunch time for a scheduled appointment shows lack of consideration. Plus, he has been my doctor for almost 2yrs and I have only meet this man twice in about 8 -10 visits. I pay to see the doctor ...not the damn nurse practitioner. Find a better doctor who will respect your time and actually take the time to see their patients. My GI referred me to this Dr because of H pylori , he put me on antibiotics, very strong ones and after the treatment I started to get diarrhea continuously I called the DR twice to let him know and he told me twice that it wasn't related to the antibiotics I took and told me to take Imodium, well it turns out I ended in the ER and they had to admit me and turns out due to the antibiotics I took, I developed a bacteria called C.diff and the one thing the ER Dr advised me was that taking Imodium with this bacteria was extremely dangerous. So basically Dr Guerrero not only disregarded my calls as nothing serious and not related to the antibiotics he prescribed but also put me at risk.
