Itai Gans

This was my first appointment at this practice. The initial wait to be seen was over 40 minutes without any updates or communication about the delay. But outside of that, the experience was positive. The xray tech was the friendliest, most compassionate person. Dr Gans was personable and friendly and explained his findings and recommended course of action clearly, with backup options, etc.

I had a great visit with Premier Orthopedics, Dr. Itai Gans. I prefilled in my paperwork which made arrival and check in a breeze. I arrived 15 mins early and waited for maybe 5 mins. I was taken back promptly and didn’t wait for more than a minute in the room I was in. I had x-rays completed in no time and the Dr. saw me right after. He was thorough and gave me great options. Vey friendly dr. as well as all the staff. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend.

Dr. Gans is excellent! He takes the time to listen and he's always very encouraging. He has a great personality as well. I am so happy to be a patient at Premier Orthopedics. Everyone is very kind and professional. I feel optimistic about my recovery because I am in excellent hands there.

My experience at premier was exceptional. The staff is courteous and efficient. Dr Gans performed surgery for my broken elbow. His confident and kind manner was very reassuring during the entire procedure and I knew I was in good hands. My surgery was a success and I am extremely grateful and happy. Hats off to Dr. Gans and his staff.
