This has been the best experience by far for everyone in the family, including children and senior citizens of the household. We have been with Dr Alpert for over 15 years. She is knowledgeable, professional, caring, goes beyond and above, is always learning and perfecting her skill and knowledge. Her team has been highly skilled, providing great support and care. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The office is clean.

Dr. Alpert and her team are amazing! Very friendly and professional, outstanding customer service and they care! I had some urgent work to get done last month and they were able to help me in spite of the busy schedule. Treatment was well performed, they took the time to get it done right and comfortable with care making sure it was pain free. Office is very clean and kept well; they offer a blanket, dark glasses to make sure you are comfortable and you can enjoy Netflix shows to keep your attention away. I came to them from a retired dentist who's service was wonderful and I am so happy I found Dr. Albert, her team, and iSmile that are as wonderful and plus more! Thank you for all you do!

I went to iSmile Dental for a routine dental cleaning and exam, and it turned into a horrible experience. They took three X-rays, and no one clearly explained why that many were necessary. After that, they insisted I needed a deep cleaning, even though I clearly stated multiple times that I did not want deep cleaning and was only there for a regular cleaning. I was pressured and told that doing a regular cleaning would be “malpractice,” which makes no sense. I have been to this office before, and in the past they did perform regular cleanings, so by their own logic that would mean they were committing malpractice before — very unprofessional and contradictory. In the end, no cleaning was done at all. Instead, I was shown a bill for almost $900, with $360 out of pocket, which is absolute

I have been a patient of Dr. Alpert since she opened her office in 2006. I am in my 70's and she is the best dentist I have ever had. She and her support team are like family. Dr. Alpert has taken great care of my teeth all these years. I trust her work and know that my teeth are in very good hands. And Jenny is my hygenist who has cleaned my teeth for years and she is very thorough. It is easy to rave about Dr.Alpert and her staff because they are so good!!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. After seeing ALOT of dentists and having a lot of distrust, I really believe in Dr Alpert and trust her! She’s amazing!
