Island Pharmacy

My family and I have been going to this pharmacy for one 25 years and they are amazing! Very friendly, helpful, fast and have everything you may need. If you need a pharmacy and hate waiting this is the place to go!

The only nice here is the old man. It's all their Russian buddies giving them good reviews. Marina is snooty and wont give you your medicine if the copay is 5 cents and you don't have it. Also they can't stand too refill something in advance.

The customer service here is subpar. They dont follow up with doctors nor patients. you would think they have 2500 customers in the store that they cant pick up the phone and call you to tell you that the meds youve gone 5 days without are not available or covered. they wont call your doctor to get a substitute.

According to google, the phsrmacy is open until 8pm, i came to pick up a package that was dropped off by FedEx at 7:30pm and the place is closed. The sign says that theyre only open until 7pm. Very dissatisfied as i cannot get to the pharmacy before 7pm and that means that my packsge will be sent back to the sender.

Rude russian old blonde. She was laughing and trying to intimidate me because I was helping out my aunt who is not strong in the English language. Why make fun of someone you are servicing and going to get $ from? Especially with that thick accent
