Time We entered was Nice calm setting Smell Good in there entering the door 👍🏽 very nice Place we love It,nurses Very people friendly Helpful VERY SECURED 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽Very nice Environment,,Mom we most loved She look very comfortable being there relaxed,Made us Feel good Seeing Her Comfortable & doing Great & positive Thanks We know &Felt She was in Good Hands her therapy there is going well & improving

What makes this assisted living community exceptional is the incredible team. Their commitment to personalized care, respect, and dignity for every resident sets them apart. The staff works seamlessly together, creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment. It’s clear they genuinely care, and that level of dedication is hard to find.

Do not...I repeat, DO NOT send your loved one here if you care about their well being. Your loved one WILL NOT get the care that they need at this facility. The nurses DO NOT check on their patients as often as they should. The facility is old and run down. Everything is out dated. Does not look anything like the pictures on website. Place is filthy. They leave patients in soiled diapers for hours. They DO NOT CARE!

We placed our loved one at Island Lake Center and it has been an excellent choice. The facility is clean, the staff is caring and attentive, and the rehab team has done a great job helping with recovery and progress. We’re very grateful for the quality care and support. Highly recommend.

Poor care for my mother in law. They did not respond when she pushed her call button for help. They didn’t clean her up after she had an accident in her bed. We brought her home after one day in the rehab center. I would not trust them with my loved ones.
