Island Doctors

Very disappointed with Dr Patterson and staff. From the very beginning of first picking this Dr under my Humana Medicare Plan I emphasized it was important to me to get a referral asap as I have ongoing ear care for wax buildup and my previous Dr retired and with me now new to Medicare and having to make Dr change has delayed my be annual visit. Dr Patterson kept dismissing my concerns saying it takes time however I did what was asked & required. I went to LabCorp right away for my bloodwork and stool sample. But due to Dr Patterson's busy schedule and the Holiday Schedules of the Dr I could not get my follow-up appointment for over a month. But it was still prior to my ENT appointment 6 days from then and I immediately told Dr Patterson I really need my referral to make that appointment.

Very efficient run doctor's office. The girl that does the scheduling is great. She always tries to accommodate your needs and remembers your likes and dislikes. Can't say enough about Dr. Patterson. She always listens and is willing to help with any problems. She has helped my husband's medical problems by guiding, reinforcing and supporting me through this. Also Nurses Tytianna and Cherylynn are kind, efficient and really have nice ways about them. Would recommend this office!!!

All the lady nurses are great too work with and everyone there addresses your problem. I been going here a few years now and the Doctors there are friendly and take the time to listen and understand what is going on with you. Great place to go if you need a doctor too get in and out most time quickly.

All the staff are very helpful and caring. I have received great care at Island Doctors for years. Thank you Kaylan, Nadia, Tytiana, Cheryllynn, Dr Patterson, and Dr Ang. A++
