Wow! So kind and generous! Can’t say enough about Dr. Navid, she was very informative and had an excellent “bed side manner”. Can’t thank them enough for taking care of Batman!

UPDATE: After nearly a dozen visits to the clinic over the past few months, have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. David, the techs and front office staff. ORIGINAL:Top review for the Island Animal Clinic and Dr. David. What started as a new patient visit for an annual exam for our older pup turned out to be a big head scratcher. Thankfully she listened carefully to the history and symptoms and with the right combination of tests (with some sent to Texas A&M), she identified an uncommon illness and also screened the younger pup for it as well. So far, we have made 7 visits to the clinic and have been very impressed by all the front office staff and techs. In terms of Dr. David, we would love to have her as our permanent vet.

While visiting Port A it started raining very heavy and our Australian shepherd slid off the golf cart and got hurt. We managed to find this place with a strangers help and they were about to close. We were so very grateful they were kind enough to stay open for us and take their time. Dr David was very honest and kind. Our baby was in great hands and came out very well despite some road rash, she was running around in no time. This review is overdue as I tried to submit it over a month or 2 ago and it didn’t go through. Great little place to take your fur babies.

We took our dog to the emergency vet on Sunday but we wanted a second opinion. We were able to see Dr. David on Tuesday very early. We are very happy with the treatment she recommended and we think our dog will heal much faster than if we hadn’t come to see her. They checked up on us later that week to see how our dog was doing. We appreciate the kind, thoughtful care and the follow up.

A little over 3 weeks ago my smallest fur grand baby got attacked. Our regular vet was closed due to it being the Friday of 4th of July weekend, so we called Island Animal Clinic. Dr. David took her in without hesitation and did surgery. She saved her life in my eyes. After 3.5 weeks it is a bitter sweet day but she’s been released. I cannot think the whole staff enough for the great work and sweet smiles and kindness they showed us. Would recommend 100%.
