Just ran into CVS for my Covid vaccine. My employer just left CVS after getting hers, called me at the office, and told me to go now because she was in and out quickly. I go. At the pharmacy, one gentleman is checking out...2 young men are working in the pharmacy...nobody else around. The kid working tells me it will be a 20 minute wait...why, I ask...there is nobody here. He tells me that prescriptions have come in on the computer and they are now "busy". I said, really.. so a customer in front of you is not a priority? He tells me that is correct. I am going to return when the grown ups are working. Unbelievable.
My dentist sent these people a prescription from San antonio. They filled it and my wife went to pick it up and it was ready in about 15 minutes. They sent me a text message saying that it had been filled and how much it cost.
Thanks to the staff for printing my picture for me, I had a last minute need and they were very helpful.
Hopped in for a quick flu shot! Staff were friendly and speedy.
