I felt rushed!! She wasn’t personable! She leaned against the exam room counter! She would only walk towards me to look at what I pointed out to her! Then back to leaning on the counter and she would say “anything else.” Then I would say yes…can you tell me what this is…she would come over to me…look at what I pointed to and say oh this is ____and go back to the counter and again say to me…anything else!! I felt that my purpose for coming she didn’t want to do the minor procedure! Basically, I wasn’t the patient she wanted to help!! The vibe was cold and unwelcoming! Then she said to only keep my appointment if the “rash” flared again…it didn’t! She sent in a prescription and when I called for a refill she denied it! I cancelled the appointment because I didn’t like the new patient visit

Cannot speak to the negative reviews, respectfully, but I highly recommend Isabel and this Office location overall!
