TL;DR Avoid this place at all costs. I came here with my wife who was suffering from a severe cough, to the point of throwing up, accompanied with fever and nausea. We only came here because it was the nearest urgent care and we were desperate. The administrative team was rude and condescending, not to an insane degree, but just enough to the point I could tell our mere presence bothered them. Should have been our first red flag but desperate times call for putting up with rude people sometimes. Thankfully the doctor was able to see us very quickly and deliver a reprieve from the disdainful receptionists. Uh oh it somehow got worse. 🥊I am dropping down to 3 stars rather than 1 star because of wonderful service by the MA and front desk lady, however, after giving a good review a few months ago for Nurse Practitioner Alexandra Kocher, her mannerism this time around was a bit unacceptable. I was not feeling well and was in severe pain Wednesday late in the evening, so I called and explained to the receptionist, she said as long as I could get there before 8pm, so I drove myself in and was admitted. Alexandra seemed more concerned about the time rather than of a patient, was very stern, a bit rude, I was rushed, belittled, given the third degree, and basically treated like dirt, being stopped in mid-sentence without being allowed to explain my chronic conditions flaring up causing me illness and severe pain. I called this urgent care because I may have a tailbone fracture and wanted to ask a simple question before coming in: whether I would be required to pay for a professional visit first before being able to get an X-ray. I explained my situation clearly and calmly, including the fact that my insurance showed the professional visit could be around $450, and that going to the ER or traveling unnecessarily is very difficult due to pain. Despite this, the staff member I spoke with was very rude and dismissive. She repeatedly said she “didn’t know”, refused to look at or accept my insurance information, and insisted I had to come in person. I've been to this Urgent Care in person twice before. Every time I was treated with care and respect by very pleasant doctors and staff. My last visit was a virtual visit and that went well too. I am overall very happy with the services and help given.

Absolutely amazing. So happy I found this place. Very fast, you can make an appointment online easily, and they're very nice. I got my 2-Step TB test done in 2 weeks. All 4 visits were fast and way cheaper than other places too. 100% 5/5 stars. I will come back next year when I have to renew my TB test.
