Irvine Therapy Services

I really cannot say enough about Irvine Therapy Services. They are truly amazing and an integral part of our life and the successes that my children have found. Every member of the team is helpful. From scheduling to management to the direct contact with the therapist, we have always felt very cared for at Irvine Therapy Services. The therapy, advice and work they do with our kids is next level. If you are looking for occupational therapy that helps with sensory integration and gives you amazing care, I strongly recommend Irvine Therapy Services.

Irvine Therapy Services has been a tremendous asset in the treatment of our son. The team at ITS were invaluable in helping us assess his issues, and have a unique way of working with the kids to make improvements. In the last year, we've seen dramatic improvements in his ability to do fine motor skills, focus on tasks, and improved physical coordination and dexterity. The team is friendly, passionate about their work, and really demonstrate care and investment in the outcomes for our son.

I am so grateful to have found Irvine Therapy Services and Ms. Jennifer! We have worked together as a seamless team, beginning OT in Late May, 2020. Not only were we transitioning from a large school to a smaller one and into a great BSLC program, but the COVID19 shutdowns of schools had impacted us all. We were nervous about beginning OT during the pandemic, but after a visit to the facility and reviewing their safety protocols, we felt comfortable and ready to try it out. Beginning OT at Irvine Therapy Services was one of the best things we have done for our son. My young teenaged daughter received wonderful, thoughtful and knowledgeable services at Irvine Therapy Services. Along with the clinic’s standard practices, her OT did a great job adapting her tools to address my daughter’s age-relevant issues (think PE class in middle school). When the clinic added a polyvagal theory based therapy listening system, my daughter was lucky to be an early participant and provided feedback to the clinic. The clinic has supplemental offerings for continued support and socialization, such as a fitness class and a parenting workshop. My daughter’s OT, Jennie, is very knowledgeable, patient and a thorough communicator. From my daughter: “Everyone there was kind and flexible. My 8 year old son was diagnosed with autism at 18 months old. He has worked with several therapists in fields, including: speech, ABA, occupational, music, physical and equine. My son's progress was very slow with his first occupational therapist and he was becoming incredibly frustrated with her, so much so that the she reccommended that he take a 1 year break to avoid further frustrating him, his peers and the staff at their facility. Shortly after, our son's pediatrician highly reccommended Irvine Therapy Services, claiming that they are the best in Orange County.
