Ironwood Gastroenterology

My first appointment and my endoscopy went totally fine. I have severe esophagitis and was given a sample of a medication. The meds helped and now I’ve been calling for over a month to get them prescribed. The staff takes my message, sympathizes with me, and tells me I will get a call back. I never do. I asked to speak to the practice administrator and never received and answer. My symptoms affect how I eat, how I drink, how I sleep, how I exercise. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.

I have seen 3 other gastroenterologist and Dr. Safdar is the only Dr. who could diagnose and treat my condition. I highly recommend this Dr.

Dr Safdar has been a Godsend for many years and I wouldn’t want to see any other GI doc.

Excellent care by all staff. The front desk Cindy was súper patient and kind. FNP Elyse took time to diagose and treat conditions. These are good people. They even take time to travel to Nogales monthly to provide care. Highly recommend.
