Doctor did nothing for me at all. I wasted time and money going here. I told them I was having chest pain when I breathed to the point of tears and they said I sounded fine. I’ve had chronic bronchitis and treatments for asthma and copd every year since 2020 and they basically sent me home and asked me what I recommend they do while denying I had any lung issues. This is why so many patients do not go in until they have to go to the hospital.

By far a confusing experience. I went in beginning of May with an injury and wanted x-rays which they granted at a near by imaging center. They then NEVER got back to me till I called today and the employee met me with such a disgusting attitude. “just come in” to get my results was what she said and then proceeded to hang up on me. Um what happened to calling the patient? Informing the patient if they are okay or not? How am i supposed to know to come in? What happened to basic healthcare etiquette? No one told me to come in after or even when and they said I was good to leave when i was there for the original exam and said nothing about a follow up. Literally the doctor was so rude for no reason the south asian guy. I asked him questions about what I had he responded open ended??? I asked you if this will cause harm and he basically said I dont know?? Asked for a translator told me in the rudest way possible that it wasn't necessary and that I was not the paitent and my daughter can translate mind you my child is a minor yes I need to know. he basically said mind your business because youre not the paitent. Horrible doctor left me just as confused answered no questions I had.

So, I hear people bring up the wait.this is a urgent care place in the heart of downtownRiv . 4 blocks from the Main hospital ER with wait times of 4 hrs...c'mon. As for the overall care, suppoeting staff and the knowledge of DR. Jeff K...without question , nobody around will do you better. I have been using them as my Primary are Physician for 5 yrs with no complaints. I don't mind going to a specialty place for imaging or a surgery clinic if needed. DRK will guide you to the best in the field.. Waiting sucks, I get that. Quality and understanding of the body and empathy is priceless...

Ironstone Urgent Care Clinic Review: I visited this location due to a concerning large bulge on the back left corner of my head, accompanied by pain, headaches, and a tingling sensation on top of my head. After waiting for two hours, I was informed that I needed to go to a different facility for X-rays. During my visit, I requested a doctor's note due to my symptoms, but despite not having the X-ray results, the doctor provided a note clearing me to return to work the next day, which I found unusual. Once the X-ray results were sent to Ironstone, I did not receive any follow-up communication. I had to call them myself and return the following day, where I waited an additional two hours to review my results. Instead of a consultation with the doctor, the front desk clerk simply printed ou
