Irene Glanville DMD

Dr. Glanville is a little... cold. My daughter needed to have a filling replaced and was afraid of having a shot. When they were replacing the filling, both Dr. Glanville and her assistant (don't remember her name, short blonde hair) were harsh with my daughter, telling her that what they were doing didn't hurt and that if she didn't stop flinching, they were going to give her a shot anyway. I understand where they are coming from, but both individuals were cold and came across uncaring, like working on my daughter's teeth was a burden for them. If caring for a child's teeth is a burden, they shouldn't be in this business.
