Always very accommodating and kind when I need to make an appointment. The front desk is very friendly. The hygienist Becky is the best in business. She is very gentle but thorough. All the doctors are kind and patient to explain what if anything needs to be done. They aren't always trying to sell you dental work. When you do need work they are very gentle and careful when using the newest technology such as the in house milking machine to make a crown in just minutes. I have been coming here for years and probably won't leave unless I move.

Our whole family goes to Ipswich Bay Dental and I can say they are great with adults and kids (including babies!). The hygienists we’ve seen have all been incredibly kind and helpful and the dentists take the time to listen to any concerns. The facility is pristine!

Dr. Kwon and his entire staff are not just great at their jobs; they are great people. I had four broken teeth, which resulted in two implants, two crowns, and one extraction. I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated and the level of communication throughout the whole dental recovery process. The roadmap that was created, the communication during procedures, and the text message appointment reminders were all excellent.
