I recently visited Dr. Lisa Traveis for an eye check-up, and my experience was far from pleasant. Right from the moment the doctor asked me to come back to her exam room, I felt like I was an inconvenience. I was asked for my prescription the moment I entered, and when I didn't have it, I was met with a raised voice and visible irritation. As someone who transferred my previous prescription months before the appointment, some courtesy and understanding would have been appreciated. Instead, I was met with rudeness. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the overall experience I had with Dr. Lisa Traveis. If you're looking for an eye doctor, I would recommend exploring other options where you will be treated with the respect and kindness you deserve.
