As a parent, nothing matters more than knowing your children are cared for by people who are not only knowledgeable, but genuinely kind — and that’s exactly what you find here. Every visit, Dr. Kristen and staff take the time to really listen, answer questions patiently, and make both my kids and me feel completely comfortable. We LOVE ipeds! We've been going there over 3 years & they've been so great with different issues that we have navigated with my kiddos. They answer all questions, don't make you feel silly for asking & they focus on educating you so you know what to expect/will know for next time. The whole staff is great. We are so grateful to have found them!

My child was a patient for about 8 years. We have finally found a caring, funny, and knowledgeable pediatrician elsewhere. Kristen has ZERO bedside manner. She is beyond rude and will tell you that you are a bad parent in front of you child over things that have nothing to do with parenting. My child would beg me not to bring him to see her. We have left multiple times with my kid in tears. Do yourself a favor and take you children elsewhere.

I have been a patient at this practice for a couple of months now with my newborn. We have been seen by 2 doctors and never had a pleasant experience with Dr Kristen. My first ever visit with her she asked me where I was from and I mentioned a town that is in the area. She said to “please bring your child in clean because parents around here tend to bring there children in dirty” as if she was saying people from our area are trashy? I replied “I would never bring my child anywhere dirty…” caught very off guard by that statement. That’s at least the way I took it and how it came out.
