Terrible pharmacy staff. I take 9 different scripts and I have to pick up 9 different days. Requested multiple times to pick up all on same day as I do not drive. Never happened called multiple time to avoid having a script return to stock , never fails it gets returned to stock. Ugh Amazon here I come.
Always great experience with CVS pharmacy, staff and pharmacists are knowledgeable and caring. I find all the products I need, and vaccination scheduling is super efficient.
The pharmacy department is extremely difficult to deal with. Not to mention the lack of empathy and availability for a lot of medications. Also avoid the drive through at all costs if a car is already at the window!
Pharmacy staff was quite helpful. Only complaint I have about CVS is that telephone contact with pharmacy is extremely difficult due to their AI application.
I hate giving bad reviews to anyone BUT I can't help it in this case.....they advertise, in the PHARMACY section of the store, 15 minute maximum wait time. I THINK the fastest I ever got my meds was 25-30 minutes! It has always been like that. Something HAS TO give or I'm going to have to find a better pharmacy.
