My husband has services and I called for the number that helps with rides that their social worker gave me before. I left 2 messages and also talked to someone that said they would also email her and let her know I needed a call. Nobody ever called me back and I never got the number to help my husband. The next day I call back after I fell and got hurt outside and then my husband also fell trying to help me. Still no number. Staff is argumentative and rude!! I also asked if someone would help lift a bag of salt that weighs less than 50 pounds from my car to the porch so I could salt the sidewalk to avoid falls.
