6 month update - So glad we switched to Nied’s! Highly recommend. Friendly staff, super quick and accessible. Everything I want in a pharmacy. Original review - One experience so far but such a good one! I had called my previous pharmacy 8 times without answer. I called Nied’s and they answered within two rings. Plus, it was super easy to get my family’s scripts transferred. They did all of the work and within the same day, I had the prescription I needed. Best part, I drove through their drive through and spoke with a pharmacist face to face. Whole process took less than 5 minutes. If you’ve been thinking about switching - do it! Very happy so far.

I am so happy I switched to Nieds. What a lovely, friendly and convenient establishment! Their prices for my monthly medications are less than I was paying at two other locations in Marshalltown. Thank you for your courteous service and for investing in the downtown community!

Excellent service and incredibly quick. They quickly transferred in multiple prescriptions for my family from multiple other pharmacies with no work on my end. I was promptly helped upon arrival and even though they were still working on filling one prescription I was still out of there in under 5 minutes. Nied’s is an asset to the Marshalltown community!
