Inwood Village Pediatrics

I am very disappointed with the billing management at this clinic. I paid $200 in cash on December 8, 2023, and their own ledger shows that the payment was reversed on December 27, 2023 without any refund or re-application. I also have a handwritten note signed by the office on August 28, 2024 confirming that my account had a $140 credit, yet the billing department has ignored multiple emails and requests to correct this. It has been more than a week since my last written notice, and no one has responded. I hope Dr. Grace Khouri or the clinic manager will look into this immediately and help resolve this professionally. I have all documentation and emails available to verify everything stated here.

Most appalling experience today at Inwood village pediatrics. This is NOT a review of Dr. Hamner who we love (5 * for her). This is about their receptionist staff and office manager. Without mentioning medical details about my child, I will say that I was quite frustrated when I could not get my child seen before going into a 3 day weekend and was told by them to “just go to urgent care” -it was late around 4 on a Friday. However, I did schedule a Tuesday morning follow up and when I showed up they told me they canceled my appointment based on my frustration on a previous call. Totally inappropriate and if they were going to take that action, i shouldve been informed. unfortunately the office staff here is horrible. I was excited to send my newborn twins to Dr Browning from age 0-18. Even after being pre-approved as new patients, 6 phone calls to their office staff wasn’t enough. I gave them discharge date for twin A, twin B, did everything I could to try to get scheduled for their first appointment. Their office staff is totally unorganized and don’t have good communication skills. This is sad, because I know Dr Browning is probably an amazing Dr. She came highly recommended to us. I had also planned (and been pre-approved) to send my 2 year old toddler to her. None of my 3 children will be able to be her patients now, due to totally inept office staff. You’ll read about this in many other reviews also.

This practice is awesome! They have kind empathetic pediatricians that give practical advice in laymen’s terms. Nice for people like me that know nothing about medicine. I really appreciate the quality of care that my children have received. Due to the unpredictable nature of kid’s illness we have seen many of the providers here. The MDs and PAs that work at Inwood Village are clearly very well educated and trained .

We absolutely love this practice. Dr. Browning is our doctor and I cannot say enough nice things about her. She is so smart and kind and talks to you like a friend. They are always able to see us same day and the nurse Hannah is always available to take calls. We also see Dr. Khouri when our doc is out and she is also incredibly kind and thorough. The front desk staff and other aides have been nothing but helpful and friendly. We’ve been with the practice since 2017 and drive 20 minutes across town because we love it so much. Your kids are in good hands here!
