Great staff. Awesome follow up with patients. I use the bus at my wellness center on a yearly basis for Medicaid members. They are super helpful and efficient with planning. I have zero complaints and only positive remarks!

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a medical setting with the mobile mammogram technician who handled my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early for my confirmed appointment at 4:45pm at Movement Mortgage, today 10/16/25. The tech yelled from behind a curtain that the last appointment was at 4:15 pm. She was extremely rude, dismissive, impatient, and completely lacking in compassion. Her tone was condescending, and she refused to perform the mammogram even when I showed her the confirmation text. She stated there was “no record of me and that they were already breaking everything down.” There was no effort to look into how a mistake occurred or make the experience less stressful.
