Unethical practices! They tell clients that they have to register as a Primary Care Provider (PCP), even though my insurance does not require it. They made me cancel my appointment on the same day I was supposed to visit the doctor because they claimed I could not visit the doctor with out the PCP verification on my insurance which takes at least 24 hours. Then, I was told that there was no one that could help me to resolve this matter with someone knowledgeable about the insurance agreement. I reported them to the insurance company. I would not want to visit a doctor that does not have an ethical practice . No thanks!

Loved this medical facility! It was fun

Literally the W O R S T office to get seen at. The girls at the front desk are unprofessional and never get things done correctly. Requesting referrals and assignments is a nightmare. You have to call them multiple times to get things done. Don't even waste the time.
