If I could give a negative star? This place would get 1000. Let me start by saying that Dr Tara Conner is one of the most unprofessional Doctors I’ve ever met. When my father passed away from COVID 19, she told my son it was his fault. That’s the start of many more screw up’s by her and her team. Which, we’ve only seen HER like 3 times in 5 years. My mother has had issues with her thyroid for decades. And have to come find out that for several blood tests her thyroid has been high. NEVER TOLD US THERE WAS A PROBLEM. Just said she was ok. So we have no idea how long it has been this way because of her incompetence. Oh, and she requires a yearly Medicare office visit, which I called Medicare personally. I would not recommend this office to anyone. First of all, my mom hasn’t seen Dr. Connor (only the nurse practitioner)) in more than 2 years. Secondly, this office is only concerned with checking off their medicare required appointments and does not have any care or concern for the patients actual health. I brought up concerns about my mother’s health and was dismissed and the nurse practitioner who never once touched my mother or checked anything. In fact, my mom’s chart indicates that her mouth and tonsils look well. My mother had her tonsils removed 50+ years ago! I annoyed the nurse by asking “too many questions” as I have been concerned about my mother’s lack of treatment and decline. They were quick to make sure that she made her next medicare follow up appointment though. They just

I've had lovely patient care from Inverness Family Care. I've had visits with both my PCP, Dr. Connor, and her medical assistants. During my in-person visits, I always feel heard. The front office team, including Brittney, is warm and friendly with me whenever I call or am on-site. Whenever I have had prescription requests, outside orders, or referrals, Christina sometimes calls me the same day or the next business day. I've had excellent communication with all the staff I've encountered, including the billing team, with a question or two. With such a busy practice, I appreciate the time and care I have received from everyone there. Thank you!

I met this place that says Dr. Tara Conner is your Dr. but I never met her! My aunt only saw her staff! The level of care was very appalling to say the least! I waited 6+ weeks for referrals that never came! THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! Never called back. My aunts insurance was charged for treatment she never got!! I wouldn’t take any living thing to this place!! If I could give NO STARS I’d gladly do that..So very unprofessional place of business!

Best doctor I have seen in Florida (who is still alive). Cares deeply; empathetic. Thorough. Highly recommended
