I have thoroughly enjoyed every yoga class given by Nicole and Yesenia. The location is great with plenty of parking, the studio is calm and relaxing, the people there are all kind and genuine. You will get a good workout, I promise you. I have never felt better in my life. I've been a member since June 15 and come to just about every class I can get to that is suitable for me as a beginner in my late 50's. Everyday, I feel muscles getting stronger that I didn't know I had! I definitely recommend this yoga studio.

This was my second appointment for reflexology with Ashley, and it was as great as the first visit. I would highly recommend this treatment if you have never tried it. Ashley Webster is who you need to see. By far the second best massage I've ever had. I just moved down here from Michigan and this will definitely be my new spot. Hot stone with a scalp massage is highly recommended.
