Working with Rae has been a phenominal for my health and body. A truly gifted massage therapist and some of the best massages I have ever had. Each session is a conversation between me, them, and my body. Rae creates such a warm and nurturing presence that, in exploring their abdomen and other offerings I have been able to somatically release past emotions and grief that have been stored in my body. This has been incredibly supportive in my healing and well being. I highly recommend!

I enjoyed a series of 3 womb massages that were powerful, healing, and so nourishing. I appreciate the cozy and warm space, beautifully curated, and a quiet space where I can truly unwind. I was held so perfectly for what my soul and body needed, thank you. I was also introduced to an herbal tincture that has supported my womb, I loved that it was a local herbalist who crafted this. Lastly, I really appreciated that Helena Rae gifted me an herbal tea blend - that was such a sweet gesture :) Thank you, I do plan to return for additional future sessions.

Rae’s healing touch creates a safe space for me to breathe and release stagnant energy in my body. I can feel the stored tension melting away in my sessions with them. I have been getting bodywork with them for over a year. I recently received a combination of full body massage with abdominal work. The fascia work on my abdominal area helps reduce my low back pain in a way that regular massage does not. I highly recommend them for attuned, gentle, therapeutic body work.
