Very caring staff, from nurses to CNAs, dietary to housekeeping and Activities to Administration. UP Rehab does a wonderful job creating and implementing therapy plans to help get your loved one home safely or to help maintain residents’ abilities. I was very pleased with the care my parents received.

The staff at Intersect of Hancock are amazing. They will go above and beyond to get you everything you need for your path home! The Therapy Team is amazing and so helpful to get you back on your feet! You can really tell the facility is run by caring staff!

The current staff at Mission Point Hancock is amazing! They are so attentive to needs of their patients and also keep our family informed. They are truly a special group of caregivers who aren’t afraid to assist co-workers, rearrange rooms to make it feel more like a home, share in our tears and laughter alike.

It is evident that the staff members here care about the residents. The rehab team is constantly praised for their efforts and the management team does a great job addressing concerns as they come up. The residents are well taken care of at this facility!
