This clinic is genuinely the best! Everyone is super sweet and you can feel that everyone cares about your well being! Dr.Torres and Allison are very kind people who show that they care about their patients and always ensure my medicine is ready on time! The staff are always welcoming and always willing to help out / answer any questions. I would recommend this place to my family and friends!

Doctor Torres and all staff are very professional, nice, patient and answer my questions in a detailed manmer, explained step by step so I fully understand. The office staff are nice and professional, gives a positive Attitude and made me feel very comfortable on my first visit. I highly recommend Dr Torres'office & International Family Medicine.

Running a clinic with bad reception in the front desk is crucial and important. Why have a portal when you can only see your appointments and nothing else? Why hired 2 ladies to be in the front desk that can't provide you answers and keep placing you on hold? Why have us dial in the general phone line when all it does is "the next available agent will be attending to you". Why bother having a website and when you request for the contact us, nothing happens... Are these reception even trained on customer service? Even the billing lady who checks on insurance is rude. I can't even speak to my provider assistance? There is certainly a lot going on in there. Not my standard of clinic management style for sure.

This is the second time I come here. Dr. Torres is the best so far. He is very attentive and explains everything. The office is very clean, wait time is not that long. The dont desk ladies are super nice.

Dr.Torres need to learn how to speak to people, His mannerism is terrible. I spoke to him early in the morning and he already woke up from the wrong side of the bed.. RUDE. I am trying to advocate for my client, I have been calling his office for refills for one of my clients for 2 weeks, and they gave me nothing.Their communication is terrible, Why do I have to call every week regarding my client about his medication? Be clear and communicate. They just let things pass by, I would not have been this annoying if that message was said last week when I called. Stop wasting people's time.
