Internal Medicine Physicians of the North Shore

While I have no issues with the care they have provided since being a patient, I cannot say the same for their front office staff. When I have to “project manage” their staff as one of my projects as part of my day job, taking valuable time out of my business day (for which costs my company money) to have to keep calling every day and making sure their staff performs the most basic of tasks (like actually providing via email and fax ALL of my medical records and related doctor visit notes to an insurance provider (because the insurance provider had provided proof they received nothing from their office)), that is inexcusable. I’ve been coming here since about 2016, primarily seeing Dr. Heith, but for sick visits I’ve seen most of the NPs and PAs as well. Dr. Heith is terrific, I always feel like she listens and isn’t dismissive which unfortunately hasn’t always been my experience. Judith the phlebotomist is amazing. I’ve honestly never had an issue with anything at this clinic, with receptionists, medical assistants, nurses, providers etc.

I can’t say enough about how great IMPNS is. I’m in my mid 60’s so I have had several PCP’s over the decades but switched to Internal Medicine of the NS about 20 years ago after several friends and acquaintances recommended it. The first PCP I had there retired a couple of years ago and he was beyond fabulous. I didn’t think that I could ever get another as good as he was but I was wrong. I now see Dr. Ge and she’s phenomenal. Everyone who works there (office staff, onsite phlebotomist, nurses) are exceptional in my mind. A couple of other reviewers seem to feel differently but I have never had anything close to the negative experiences they describe. Suffice to say, I am one very happy patient.

I have been seeing two doctors at this practice for 12+ years and could not be more satisfied with my care by both. Both doctors are caring individuals who treat you as a person, and not a number. The icing on the cake is that the phlebotomist who runs the lab is superior to any phlebotomist I’ve had across many offices/hospitals. I don’t know how she does it!

Saw how many bad reviews this place has an was shocked. I have been coming here since I moved to the North Shore 5 years ago. Whenever I need an appointment, they get me in. I have had a few nurse practitioners see me over the years and I have no complains. My doctor is amazing and very responsive through the online portal. I have nothing but good things to say about my care here.
