I visited IHC Southridge InstaCare after a fall that injured my ribs and shoulder. I was taken back in little time. Dr. Daniel Sperry came into the room and asked me about the fall and had me point to where it hurt. Without any hands-on exam, he sent me for xrays. He came into the room again and said nothing is broken, Use ice, take ibuprophen. You can leave now. There was no suggestion for a follow-up, or exam to see if something was torn. After two months of shoulder pain, I visited another doctor. He ordered an MRI, which showed a torn tendon. Five months later, I'm in physical therapy hoping this helps to avoid surgery, which is a high probability. Daniel Sperry was worthless at this visit. Few words, no hands-on exam, and no follow-up orders. I completed IHC's satisfaction survey exp

I was taken back quickly and the doctor arrived soon after. He was quick in his assessment and treated my current pain as well as created a plan for further support and recovery. He also mentioned providing a referral and I actually received the referral call the very next day. I was in and out and feeling better in 1.5 hours.

Worst urgent care experience i’ve ever experienced. The Dr was extremely rude towards us and very arrogant when we asked him to explain what procedure he was going to do. Made it seem like we did not have the choice to leave when we told him we wanted to go to another Dr for the procedure.Could not believe a Dr could be so arrogant, seems to not be focused on the overall well being of the patient. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone, no matter how urgent it is!!!!

The staff from the front desk all the way thru nurses, x-ray techs to the doctors were so nice and professional with me and my husband. Thank you for making my broken toes a more enjoyable experience.

Dr. Sperry was not at helpful or sympathetic. He was condescending and brushed off my daughter's pain. He just threw a pain pill rx at us, with no recommendations for what other things we could try or other doctors to visit. He has no business working with patients.
