Reason for the two star: My daughter has been once to the ER and once to the Instacare in hurricane. Both times she received a rapid strep test that was “negative” Both times I asked it to be cultured because her S/S met textbook strep criteria. Both times the providers said “it doesn’t look like strep to me” Ready! Both times the culture came back positive and antibiotics were given. The last time, the representative said , it can happen where a test comes back negative but it’s rare. I guess we need to go get a lottery ticket. Who would have thought that a “rare” instance could happen twice and both times she had the same symptoms. How about some accountability and say maybe we should look at our tests or collection techniques to reduce the false negatives. In the end it’s not a huge dea

Very efficient, pleasant care from the staff at the front to the hands on providers! The environment is open, clean and welcoming. Everyone introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do and gave me options. This is exactly the type of care you want, especially if you are feeling really ill which thank goodness I wasn’t. I had a minor bleed from the spike on my bike pedal. But it gave me confidence that if I were ever feeling awful, they would take care of me And be empathetic. I had to return on a weekday with my insurance information and the front desk were two different ladies but they were just as friendly and prompt to address me.

I brought my son here after his school expressed concern about a possible seizure. I was already worried sick, and instead of being met with understanding, I felt interrogated by the nurse at check-in. Her judgmental demeanor made an already stressful situation even worse. The doctor barely spoke to my son, and despite being sent here by his primary care provider to obtain a faster referral, this visit accomplished nothing. Instead, I was told my son might have anxiety or autism; which he does not. Now I have to make additional appointments with primary and potentially another specialist, which completely defeats the purpose of this visit. This is not an isolated issue, we’ve had the same experience with Intermountain at the ER with my other son and at Instacare with two of my sons. At t

Very frustrating and unprofessional staff make me give my visit one star. From the moment I arrived for my appointment first thing in the morning the lady at the front desk started complaining she "was not ready" like I was too early. I was on time, it's not my fault if they schedule the appts early. And then as more ladies showed up to staff the front desk they all started loudly complaining about their jobs and criticizing the patients. My message to the general manager would be this. 1.) Your staff really need customer service training. The patients are not a burden, they are the reason you have a job. and 2.) You need to weed out your rude entitled staff who just are not cut out for a front line customer service job. It's as simple as that. They need to be on time and treat the

Love the staff. Hate the management decisions. It take 3-4 weeks to make an appoint with their doctors, and they are now telling people it is 1.5 hour wait to have blood drawn for lab work, and that is after the normal hour of waiting to see the doctor. So a 15 minute visit with the doctor and a 15 minute lab collection takes 3 hours. Inefficiency at its best. It would probably be faster doing the 30 minute drive each way to St George.
