This is my second time leaving a review, but I simply can't recommend Dr. Carter enough! I refer all my friends and family to him because he consistently provides personalized, attentive care. Over the years, he has helped us with everything from diagnosing my sister’s chronic condition to handling my children’s athletic exams. He is incredibly accommodating, often offering same-day appointments or fitting us in on a walk-in basis with very minimal wait. What I appreciate most, though, is his integrity. He is a great listener with a fantastic bedside manner, and he is refreshingly honest—if a situation requires a specialist, he doesn’t hesitate to refer you. Nice clean facility, they staff is friendly. I really liked the doctor and he listened to me and answered all my questions. I had two Rx called in to Walmart. When I got to Walmart, there was nothing for me. I called the office and they said they would have the doctor call me back when he was done with the patient he was with. I never got a call back but one of the Rx showed up at.

Philip is a great doctor only issue i was sent to ihc labs he thought labs would be 80 dollars ended up being 380 dollars not his fault he can't control prices for them. Will see if I can go to a private lab next time and just bring in the results. Would highly recommend him!!

Phil is amazing! Very thorough and took time to hear me. He was focused on the ROOT cause not just the bandaid to mask the issue! He also saved my husbands life when he had covid years ago! We only trust Phil! Thank you for everything
