Intermountain Health Alta View Hospital Outpatient Lab

Went in for a STAT lab draw , results never came in , next day it was a whole different test that resulted not even in the same bracket as what I was needing , they performed the wrong lab . This seems to be a thing for this lab , as yesterday someone was here for a mistake they did on their blood draw as well.

Had to get some labs done for an externship I’m doing. I’ll be honest, I don’t get blood drawn too often so I was a bit nervous, but Faith was excellent and made it super easy and painless! Was in and out in under 15 min, Thank you Faith!
