If I could give this place zero stars I would. Last night I was taken here because my heart rate was at 133 bpm. I suffer from panic attacks but never had my heart rate rate as elevated as this. As soon as I walked in, it smelled like hot garbage and urine. There was no AC. I will include a pic of their state of the art AC. Registration is also still done by paper and not electronically. I finally get taken to a room and when they give me a blanket although it appeared clean it smelled like urine. I got up and asked if I could leave and they told me I needed to speak to a doctor before I left because in the condition I was in, I could not leave. I have worked in healthcare for 13 years and as a patient, I have a right to leave AMA (against medical advice) which would entail signing paperwo
My family had a deeply disturbing experience at Interfaith Medical Center, involving what I consider elderly neglect. During first shift, my elderly grandmother hurt herself while under the hospital’s care, and what occurred was unacceptable. She had undergone foot surgery the prior Friday and was clearly identified as a fall-risk patient. Despite this, she was not properly assisted. While staff were handling her, her injured foot was dropped, causing significant pain. She was then left without adequate assistance, and in attempting to get back into bed on her own, she further injured herself. Following this incident, staff were slow to respond, communication was poor, and the situation was not handled with the urgency or attentiveness an elderly, post-surgical patient in pain deserves.
I had a very disappointing experience at Interfaith Medical Center due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the ER doctors. Her tone and demeanor were extremely rude, dismissive, and inappropriate. When I asked a simple question, she told me that because I wasn’t “her patient,” she didn’t have to answer me. When I asked for her name, she purposely pulled her name tag down so I couldn’t see it. I then asked other staff members for her name and for a supervisor or management contact, and multiple employees refused to provide any information. Even some of her coworkers acknowledged that she was being rude. I later spoke with ADA Ms. Bowen, who provided me with a phone number to contact regarding this issue. I appreciate her professionalism, but I am still very disappointed that it took
Horrible place This is a real review. Per my experience with this hospital ER nurses who took care of us were nice, informative and good. Hence the 1 star. The only positive We were admitted to this hospital for heart complications. First room was cold (December 2025 was a cold month) I asked the head nurse to put up the heat, she said we will ask the engineers to put it on. Took 3 days to put some heat. Son had to buy a space heater. Nurses and head nurse don't give af about patients. And I noticed it'd because management doesn't so why should they. One night I had to come in at 1am because my mom was being ignored. She kept calling for a nurse and no one will come. I called the nurses station was hung up and I call it again and no one picked up so I had to drive 45 minutes to see what w
Dr Brian Hall and his team were amazing. I came in for hernia surgery scheduled for 7:30 am. They were on time, very professional and at the same time very courteous. I was so nervous because it was my first surgery and Im in my 50’s. The anesthesiologist was soo funny, he made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Nurse Sang in recovery was a sweetheart. My surgery was successful and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Dr Hall is very very good. Knowledgeable, relaxed, courteous and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
