Intensive Specialty Hospital

I'm not sure whether it was the Shreveport site or the Bossier site, but the name truly reflects the level of effort this team puts into helping their patients return to independent living: Intensive Effort! A lady from my community experienced a serious fall. Could not even feed herself. Not hearsay. I was in the local ER with her and observed the extent of the damage that was done. She was airlifted to Intensive Specialty Hospital. She worked hard and the ISH team worked hard. And after about a year of this hard work, my community member is once again enjoying living independently in her own home. Thank you Intensive Specialty Hospital. No one has to tell me what you can accomplish: Life-Changing Results! I've seen it with my own eyes! Blessings!

The security guard, Mr Delbert has been so kind, friendly and helpful to all of our family that has come to visit our Dad in the Rehab. He always greets you with an open arms and a big ole hug and always has something positive to say!!! The nurses and therapist are just as kind and helpful!

All of the employees were very helpful and kind. From the security guard, front desk attendant to the nursing staff. Everyone was super friendly

I was shocked at how SMALL the gathering/waiting room was! We had to sit out in the hallway, to have enough room to talk. Other than that, my visit was great! The nurse or NA, at the nurse’s station was very nice, and answered all of my questions she could. The aid, who brought my Dad out, was very nice and informative. The lady, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful with me signing in. I just wish our meeting room was twice the size that it is, and with a good view of a courtyard or trees that are outside.

My dad a patient in this hospital and then the rehab at the Bossier hospital. The newly renovated first floor and rooms were great. Stan was my dad’s nurse he took very the good care of him. Stacey was very helpful getting my mom a bed. Everyone at Bossier was friendly, patient, and clean. The DON Maddie treat us like family.
