Integrity Urgent Care

I am very picky about what clinic I go to as I've had to deal with so many nurses and staff be rude, dismissive, and just not listen to me. My second time going here and it only helped to reinforce what an amazing job all of the staff do. The receptionist is so sweet and attentive. She was so polite throughout the visit and helpful. The second time around the wait was longer, but I don't think it was even 15 minutes of waiting. They are super quick with everything. You don't have to wait forever for your results. No awkward silence due to the white noise machines in the rooms. I really appreciate the way in which the staff communicate. They do not make you feel dumb or lower than for expressing your thoughts or concerns. This clinic is one of the few, if not the only, good clinic in town.

The customer service I received was terrific. I believe the ladies’ name was Mrs. April. She took great care of me and made my 1st experience a positive one and that was before even going in to speak with the doctor.

This was the very best experience with PA Lesley and nurse Mandy. They treated us with care, kindness, efficiency and medical knowledge. They took care as if we were their family yet talked straight to us on how to care for ourself. If they were employed where they could be our primary physician we would choose them. They walked my husband out to the car and helped him in. Today they even called for a follow up visit. I cannot express my appreciation enough for these ladies. Thank you again.

Had the best experience here yesterday, I walked in and it was so clean and was greeted right away by the sweetest lady. I was back in a room within maybe 10 minutes and from here on out everyone was super quick and fast and explained every little step to me. Amazing urgent care!!!

With my insurance Integrity Urgent Care is the only place in town who honors it. Thank goodness for that. Starting at the front desk, to the nurses, to the Doctor, they treat you as if your family and need help. I've used them four times now and every visit has been with the patient definitely in mind. Highly recommend.
