I had a great experience at Integrity Urgent Care Center. I was greeted by Thelma, who was the receptionist on staff. She guided me through everything, listened to me, and we even shared a few laughs. Moments later, I was seen by Tammy, the LVN on staff. She made me feel comfortable and was very attentive. After my triage, Heather, the provider, came in to see me. She listened to my concerns and explained the next steps. Heather’s warm and down-to-earth bedside manner made me feel even more at ease. I usually don’t like hospitals or urgent care centers, but my experience with these wonderful staff members made me feel so relaxed that I even dozed off 😆. We had an excellent experience at Integrity Urgent Care in Princeton, TX. The nurse and the doctor were both incredibly kind, patient, and tremendously helpful. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made us feel genuinely cared for rather than rushed. The level of professionalism and compassion really stood out. We felt reassured and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for quality and compassionate medical care.

Overall, the providers at this urgent care were wonderful. The PA I saw was kind, professional, and very attentive. I truly appreciated the care from the rest of the team. However, my experience with one medical assistant, Angie, was uncomfortable today. From the start, her attitude felt dismissive. I needed less than a minute to throw away a cup of coffee and grab my insurance card from front desk, and although I apologized, she didn’t respond. While taking my vitals and asking questions, her tone made me feel judged for coming to urgent care instead of trying OTC medication first. During the throat swab, I was struggling with gagging and nausea, but she didn’t offer any reassurance or patience, which made the situation more stressful. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this urgent care facility! They were able to see my entire family, including our three young kids, in a fast and timely manner. The efficiency and speed of the service were truly impressive. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. A special shoutout to Tammy (LVN), Thelma (PSS), and Payton (PA) for their exceptional care and friendly demeanor. They were fantastic with my children and put everyone at ease. I highly recommend this urgent care to any family needing quick, quality medical attention!

Heather (NP) was wonderful. She listened and took the time to carefully consider her options based on the information provided. I had been sick for 4 weeks and other treatments had not worked. We decided on a course of action and I was very much improved within 12 hours.
