Dental Care at Arcadia Farms

I recently visited this dental clinic for a general checkup, which led to a deep cleaning. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I specifically requested an appointment with Dr. Meena, but I was seen by a different doctor instead. I did mention this to the hygienist, and she apologized. Since the doctor had already come in, I let it go, but it still felt careless and unprofessional. The doctor informed me that my gums were extremely inflamed and said she will prescribe a medicated mouth rinse that I was supposed to use for 7 days to prevent infection. However, the pharmacy never received the prescription. I contacted the clinic multiple times, and each time I was told they would reach out to the doctor and call me back once it was sent. Unfortunately, no one ever followed

Office is very clean staff is very courteous and Dr. Essmat is very knowledgeable and caring, explained everything clearly, and made the visit stress-free. Truly a very good dentist.

Front the front desk, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Mina. Everyone was so great & never made me feel bad about my dental health. They answered all the questions & never pushed on anything. So happy with my care & have been recommending family & friends to them!

Great visit! The office is very clean and all staff were welcoming. The only challenge was relating to scheduling which was quickly rectified. The dental hygienist I encountered was great, I believe her name is Gabby.

I’m always nervous to go to the dentist due to past experiences. However Arcadia Farms entire staff was patient, kind, and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and less nervous.I ended up scheduling my entire family their annual appointments before checking out. Glad we found a new dental home for all of our dental needs. Thank you
