It's always a pleasure when I have an appointment. The staff are all professional and courteous. I especially appreciate the inviting smile of the awesome intake guy..... He let's me get candy (for my granddaughter).

They forgot to give me back my MRI disc from 2017. They asked me for my prior history and documentation/discs and they never even personally handed it back. My partner at some point was given her discs and mine but I’m missing one. Not only that I have been in a major car accident and that disc is the only proof I never had any herniated discs prior to the accident. This is really disappointing and I had to take an uber almost a whole hour just to get there. I need the disc sent back to me immediately. Doctor or should I say nurse. did not make me feel welcome. Did not prescribe anything for my pain. Downplayed the severity of my pain and injuries. Tried to push surgery and injections when I said I told everyone before hand I’m scared of needles and knives. Not a place to go if you’re look

I arrived early for my appointment and asked if they could squeeze me in as I had another appointment to get to. I was seen almost immediately and I made my next appointment! Love this place and Dr Torres is someone special!

So impressed with Integrity Medical. The front staff are super friendly and organized, the nurse makes you feel comfortable and the doctor actually listens to you. Highly recommend.

I was sent here for pain management after being in a car accident in which we were t boned car impacted ours at 60mph. My seat belt failed sending me bouncing around inside the car like a ping pong ball. Resulting in multiple fractures in my torso and multiple injuries to my neck and back. First appointment they do absolutely nothing to manage my pain. I have to call them back and ask them why am I even going here for pain management if you're doing nothing. To manage my pain. They then prescribed me ibuprofen and told me to toughen up it don't hurt that bad. These people should not be in business.
