Integris physician Group of Florida Dr Florina Neagu and Dr Valeriu Neagu

I had to cancel my appointment due to events out of my control. Apparently if you're a new patient you're not allowed to cancel your appointment. If you do, they kick you out and you can never come back as a patient. Nobody told me this when I scheduled with this doctor. Zero Stars do not recommend total jerks

If zero stars were possible, this office would earn them. My experience was deeply disappointing, from the lack of communication, inefficiency and unprofessionalism of the staff to the endocrinologist’s dismissive approach and testing practices. It felt as though patient care and respect were not priorities here, rather more about running people through the system for increased revenue. I have never posted a negative review, but in this case, I very strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

Both Dr. Florina Neagu and Dr. Valeriu Neagu are highly professional. Pacients are treated with respect and their medical advice is always reliable. Thank you!

I am new to Naples, full time and it has been quite a task finding all new doctors and dentists. I was referred to Dr. Neagu and found him to be amazing. He actually went line for line in my blood work and explained the meaning of each result. He then suggested I stop 4 different medications, and explained why, which made me so happy. I found him to be incredibly intelligent and intuitive, and able to see the big picture in entirety. This is so rare to find! I am so glad I was referred to him!

Dr Neagu (Endo) is a great caring doctor. Very detailed oriented and knowledgeable, his office visit notes are always thorough. It's the admin that is the problem here. Trying to get them to send a medication to a different pharmacy (because prices change and it is not unusual for one pharmacy to cost 3x as much as the next, especially on meds not covered by insurance) is difficult. Multiple calls and even an office visit and I still can't get it done :(
