INTEGRIS Health Pharmacy Edmond Hospital

I thought this place would be more convenient than a chain pharmacy but I can’t really say that it is. Limited hours. Staff isn’t very helpful. The first time I called, the tech basically refused to set up a profile over the phone. Didn’t want my insurance info. Lazy. Then in person, you can stand at pickup for 5-10 minutes before you’re even acknowledged by anyone. I was beginning to think I was Bruce Willis in Sixth Sense. There’s 5-6 people milling around back there and they all avoid eye contact and can’t even be bothered to say hello or tell you it’s going to be a minute. Finally someone made Sindy come to the checkout line after it was 5 deep. could not get my daughters medicine correct, she is a 5 yo type one diabetic if she doesn't get her insulin every month its deadly and im tired of arguing with these people and not getting her meds also their text system is a joke. dont waste your time with the place

This is my third post for this hospital I give them five stars because they are number one in our lives.they took care of Kathy Sampson. And I don't regret taking her there. With that being said. I've been with Mercy since 1985 .

My sister had an appointment with Dr. David Rhodes. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She was glad she came up to see him. Nice clean facility and helpful caring staff.
