Great care. A bit later than appointment time, which happened on 2 separate appointments, but not a huge deal for me as I’m retired so can easily be later without a problem. Josie is very personable and I felt comfortable with her.

I saw Katy Lane, PA-C, I thought she was very kind, intelligent and well informed. She asked me several times if I had questions. She walked me thur steps and spoke about future plans, if the shots don’t work for me. I really appreciated her candidness and how she listened to me.

I arrived 15 minutes early and only sat in the waiting room 5 minutes before I was taken back for x-rays then to the exam room. I was there about 3 minutes before a nurse came in and did the preliminary exam, shortly after that Dr Strong came in. Dr Strong was very attentive and explained everything. My first appointment at Integris was wonderful, I am looking forward toward the next appointment.

On time visit. Great support staff and Dr. Padilla. He listened, explained diagnosis and procedures available in detail. He was patient, asked applicable questions, suggested a temporary fix for this visit and his office will schedule MRI to confirm diagnosis and a follow up appointment to determine how to move forward. Scheduled Aspiration in the afternoon, Dr. Atkins, procedure was done. Procedure was explained fully with each step explained as it occurred. I found this removed all anxiety snd kept me calm and relaxed.

Dr. Padilla has excellent bedside manner, which I appreciate more than anything. As a nurse myself, I know he is well-trained and educated to handle the clinical duties, but his ability to make a patient feel comfortable, never rushed, and truly listened to makes all the difference. Highly recommend so far.
