We take our child to Dr Prough. She is amazing and her nurses have been more than welcoming. However my low rating reflects the treatment we get from the front desk. They are rude and snappy. I try to give them a benefit of the doubt that maybe they were having a hard day but it’s no way to treat patients with such behavior. We’ve talked with the manager at the clinic and her response wasn’t helpful. She kept telling us that it’s shocking to hear about her front desk staff behaving this way. But when we talked to the medical staff they all knew about the front desk behavior was bad. Overall, love our doctor and her team but getting through the front desk is a pain.

AMAZING ! Simply amazing, I absolutely love Dr.Prough, and her staff. They have always provided the best service, in person, and over the phone. I went to her as a young pre teen, and now my daughter goes. They’ve always been the same amazing people!

Dr.Nida is just amazing! My child loves coming to the doctors and loves all the girls that work there. Always quick and in and out. 100% would recommend Dr.Nida to anyone that is looking for a new pediatrician or just moved to the Edmond area.

Dr.Steele and Jordan are amazing along with the entire staff. Thank you family for changing my thoughts on care. Greatly appreciate getting to know you all. Please become a patient to this team of care minded medical members. Unfortunately I do not know everyone, yet I thank you in advance.

Dr. Cameron Steele is so extremely skilled and highly intelligent one can almost see the logic circuits firing in his head as he listens to you to assess your condition; yet he is personable, not at all condescending nor patronizing. I am confident that he keeps his patients' big picture in mind. Instructions were clear and concise. Staff was efficient and courteous. Referrals handled quickly. This practice is everything you hope for in primary health care. I am impressed and grateful.
