I was admitted on the 11th of December here at Integris Baptist Medical Center and I’ve been here exactly 10 days today and soon I may be discharged so I wanted to take out the time to say with pleasure. I am so grateful and so appreciative for the INTEGRIS Baptist entire staff team, all the way from the nurses station every RN that came into issue meds check up on my well-being every caretaker that came to assist me or take my vitals and make sure that I had everything that I needed to make me feel comfortable and safe. My eternal gratitude goes to the doctors who all worked as a team with precision, accuracy, and integrity on my behalf as to getting me back to optimal health. I was a little apprehensive about the procedure scheduled in part because I am handicapped and live alone. Simply getting to appointments is a challenge. Dr. Sutor had thoughtfully agreed to reschedule from 8:30am to 10:00am. However, thanks to a friend’s assistance and the helpful parking, I arrived a bit early and from that moment to departure everything went beautifully. From the minute I entered the exam room, I knew that Stephen was both competent and experienced. He patiently explained each step of the procedure before it began and kept communicating throughout with both me and the staff assisting him. My experience was very good. From the time I entered the building and started checking in, the process went smoothly! my nurse was great. He put me at ease and was professional, kind and reassuring! the Physician Assistant explained everything very clearly which was good. The operating room staff were all wonderful. Labor & Delivery Experience Our admission for labor went very smoothly. Michelle B. RN admitted us and she was nothing but kind, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. She took the time to ask about our previous delivery experiences, kept my wife reassured and well-informed, and provided excellent anticipatory guidance about what to expect next. The room was spacious and very clean, and the leather recliner for the spouse was a nice and comfortable touch. The epidural was placed promptly when we requested it and the process was quick and easy. Dr. Chagani was respectful, kind, and made the experience stress-free.
