Integrative Thai Bodywork

I travel for work and I've had back issues most my life. I have been to many massage places all around the Country. This place is one of the best for the price range. I am also very judgemental when it comes to a good massage. Several of the workers are skilled, but shout out to jay, he doesn't just go through the motions. He finds and feels the issues you're having and proceeds to use his experience and knowledge to help it.

This was my first time and let me say that it won't be my last! I had a great experience. Left feeling freshed and rejuvenated, but most importantly the knots that I've struggled with forever are gone! Adding this to my normal self-care routine moving forward.

From the moment I walked in until I walked out—everything was perfect! Lana greeted me and helped me make decisions since it was my first time here. Lana paired me with Jay and I must say: that this was BY FAR the best birthday I could’ve ever been treated to. Both Lana and Jay were very professional and kind—and as a result of their service, ITB will be my new go to! Thank you both such for a memorable birthday! 💙

I had such a wonderful experience at Integrative Thi Bodywork in Spring, TX. They kindly accommodated me as a walk-in, and from start to finish, everything felt welcoming and professional. Stephanie, my massage therapist, was absolutely amazing — her hands are truly a gift! She found every area of tension and melted it away with such care and precision. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and grateful for the experience. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Stephanie and the entire team!

This was the best treat and most relaxing time ever. The masseuse (Thip) was kind, efficient and responsive to my needs. The only draw back is no nap pods for after. This was a tranquil cocoon, a respite from the world a slice of peace in a chaotic world.
