As a beginner, I appreciate the personalized, private yoga sessions that are provided in a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere. Suzanne will gently guide and lead you through each yoga pose, gently helping you align your body properly (thanks to her many years as a physical therapist). Instead of getting lost in a crowd with a big class, I am finally receiving the attention and guidance I've needed to learn yoga. Thanks Suzanne :-)

Suzann PT, is fantastic one on one, classic hands on PT & Yoga if you want as part of recovery . I drive 30 mins from South Shore/ Merrick to Commack because she is that good! Wonderful person, professional, kind. She is experienced. Only wish there were more like her closer to where I live!

I walked into Suzanne's office with a stiff neck and walked out without one. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She also knows how to incorporate yoga moves into your PT sessions, which really helped with some back pain. I highly recommend!

Susan is an old school hands on Phyical Therapist. She comes highly recommended. She incorporates massage and yoga which has helped me physically. But also, Susan has taught me that mind and body work together to manage my pain.
