I worked with Jacklyn throughout my first pregnancy to help better understand my body through all the changes, and strengthen my pelvic floor. She also taught me birthing positions and breathing techniques which significantly helped me throughout my long labor. She is so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone going through pregnancy or postpartum recovery!

Jacklyn is extremely knowledgeable about female health, postpartum health. Pelvic health, strength training, body building, body work, female sexual health and etc. Shes the jack of all trade. Ive been working with her for years. It all started with my newborn baby then i found her again to help bring my broken postpartum body and health back to life. I had horrible sciatica pain as well, did yrs of therapy elsewhere but it didnt help. However strength training for postpartum healing, my sciatica has gone away, i can have another healthy pregnancy. Jacklyn is your person to go to if you plan to feel better again.

I had the pleasure of attending Jacklyn’s training this past summer and she was the best. Not only is she friendly and encouraging but she is very knowledgeable in her field. I discovered and worked on muscles that definitely needed to be worked on thanks to her. I would highly recommend her.
