I have been suffering with SI joint pain and hypermobility in the surrounding ligaments since May of 2024. My chiropractor in NY suggested I seek out Prolotherapy. As soon as we arrived at our winter home, I immediately searched for Prolotherapy and was pleased to find Integrative Healthcare RegenU in Ocala. Dr. Bare and Dr Melanie did a wonderful examination. They explained everything and came up with a treatment plan of 3 Prolotherapy sessions in the ligaments, and one PRP session in the SI joint itself. I have completed the 3 Prolotherapy sessions and I am 90% pain-free. I am looking forward to the PRP in January. I am so grateful. The staff are all wonderful.
